About Me

Two careers with one thread: communication that works.

People are being asked to absorb more information, adapt faster, and navigate greater uncertainty than ever before. Yet many still don’t understand the decisions affecting them, the direction they’re heading in, or what it means for them.

Communication starts with understanding people, not messages. The best communication meets people where they are, not where we’d like them to be.

For more than 12 years, I’ve helped leaders, teams, and organisations communicate with clarity through periods of change, growth, and transformation.

My career spans journalism and senior communications roles at Johnson & Johnson, Accenture, and AECOM. Before moving into corporate communications, I worked as an investigative reporter and freelance journalist for national newspapers including The Mail on Sunday, The Guardian, The Scotsman, and the Evening Standard.

Alongside my communications expertise, I bring a strong understanding of today’s digital and AI landscape, helping organisations communicate more effectively in a fast-changing environment.
